"Along with the fitness element, the sort-of-brain-cleansing is a biproduct of the joy of riding. Nothing has necessarily changed once the ride has ended, though a filtering process occurs whilst out which undoubtedly benefits the mind. Depression has been a part of my life since my early 20’s and I have generally learned to live with and manage it to the best of my abilities. It seems to come and go and I have accepted it’s a part of my makeup."
